A Four C’s Construction Field Installer is well-versed in all aspects of architectural sheet metal installation, including general items such as coping, window flashing, and roofing flashing, as well as Insulated and Single Skin Metal Wall Panels, ACM Systems, and Metal Roofing.  We train each of our Installers so that they are prepared with the skills and expertise needed to install each of these systems effectively.  Through the use of cutting-edge technology, tools, shop drawings, and equipment, Field Installers are responsible for installing these scopes of work safely and correctly according to plans, specifications, and inspection requirements.  We continually seek new team members for this position who are eager to learn, hard-working, and detail-oriented. 

As the Field Installer Supervisor, strong candidates for this position have the skills necessary to effectively manage labor, equipment, and materials.  Foremen are committed to completing all assigned projects, whether they are new construction or retro-fit, in a timely and cost-effective manner with minimal call backs.  Candidates must have commercial construction experience with a strong emphasis on safety. 

Our Superintendents monitor projects from planning to completion, helping the Project Manager to ensure that tasks are completed on time and on budget.  While managing the organization of manpower, they continually verify that projects meet our standards for quality and safety, ensuring both customer satisfaction and the safety and security of our onsite team.

Our Project Coordinators prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned submittal projects; cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support; perform overall quality control of work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) to regularly report on project status; and build and maintain relationships with outside clients and partners from whom timely information or performance is required for the successful completion of projects and other responsibilities.  Candidates must have knowledge and, at least, one year of experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Our Project Managers are responsible for organizing, outlining, and developing project action plans by establishing its goals and determining how success will be measured and tracked.  They are committed to keeping a project on time and on budget.  While motivating the team to exceed the project goals, the Project Managers are also responsible for change orders, material orders, requests for information (RFIs), and field coordination.

Our Warehouse Assistant/Driver will maintain inventory, and receive job site material as well as warehouse supplies.  Candidates must have basic computer skills for inventory and be eligible and willing to obtain a California Class A driver’s license.  We are looking for someone who can operate a 40 to 60 foot trailer, follow proper tie off procedure, and maintain the appropriate process of loading and unloading.
