A Four C’s Construction Field Installer is well-versed in all aspects of architectural sheet metal installation. We train each of our Installers, preparing them with the skills and expertise needed to install these systems, including the use of cutting-edge technology, tools, shop drawings, and equipment.

Strong candidates for this position have the skills necessary to effectively manage labor, equipment, and materials. Four C’s Construction Foremen are committed to completing all assigned projects in a timely and cost-effective manner with minimal callbacks. We’re looking for candidates with robust experience and a strong emphasis on safety.

Our Superintendents monitor projects all the way from planning to completion, helping the Project Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and on budget. While overseeing the organization of manpower, they continually make certain that projects meet our stringent standards for quality and safety, ensuring both customer satisfaction and the safety and security of the on-site team.

Our Project Engineers must be effective cooperators and communicators, as they work with Project Managers and other participants to provide assistance and technical support. They must prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all assigned submittal projects and perform overall quality control of the work. Candidates must have knowledge of, and at least one year of experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Four C’s Project Managers are responsible for organizing, outlining, and developing project action plans. They establish the goals and determine how success will be measured and tracked. They are committed to keeping projects on time and on budget. They motivate the team to exceed expectations on projects, while also being responsible for change orders, material orders, requests for information (RFIs), and field coordination.

Our Warehouse Assistants and Drivers maintain inventory and receive job site materials and warehouse supplies. Candidates must have basic computer skills for inventory and be willing and eligible to obtain a California Class A driver’s license. We are looking for workers who can operate a 40-60-foot trailer, follow proper tie-off procedures, and properly maintain the loading and unloading process.
